Take a trip down memory lane while you reminisce about your favorite trips to Amelia Island. We are collecting your BEST photos or videos
and the treasured stories of your most memorable vacation moments to share with other travelers. Your memories may be submitted
two different ways and in your favorite style for a chance to win monthly prizes or the grand prize stay at the Blue Heron Inn!
Submissions accepted through September 30, 2021. Entries will be reviewed with the top contenders featured on our Amelia Island
Instagram and Facebook pages and tagged the #MemoryOfTheWeek. The featured entry with the most combined likes will be crowned
the Amelia Island Memory of the Month and win the monthly themed prize! Each featured memory will be entered into the
Grand Prize drawing to win a 3-day, 2-night stay on Amelia Island! Winner will be announced in September 2021.

A two-night stay for two in an elegantly appointed queen room with private bath at the Blue Heron Inn!!
Also receive a complimentary bottle of champagne and chocolate-covered strawberries upon arrival.
Plus all the amenities of the Inn including a gourmet breakfast each morning, happy hour each afternoon and the use of all facilities
including gardens and pool. Bikes are available for rent.
Grand Prize: Valid 9/1/21 - 9/1/22. Reservation subject to availability and blackout dates. Not valid on holidays. Value of package: $650. No cash value.

MONTHLY THEME INSPIRATION
Each suggested theme is inspired by the prize of that month. Visitors can submit multiple entries each month.

By using #AmeliaIslandMemories and submitting my content, I hereby unconditionally and irrevocably grant to the Amelia Island Tourist
Development Council and its advertising and promotional agencies (collectively referred to in this release as “AITDC”), a perpetual, worldwide,
royalty-free, irrevocable, fully-transferable and sub-licensable, license to use, copy, reproduce, display, transmit, distribute, publish, edit,
abridge, modify, and create derivative works from the images and materials submitted to AITDC (“Images”) and to otherwise exploit the Images
for promotional, advertising and other purposes an unlimited number of times in any media or manner now known or hereafter developed. I
hereby waive in favor of AITDC any moral rights, “droit moral” rights, of attribution or similar rights I may have in or to the Images. I further
grant AITDC the right to use my name, image, likeness, appearance, voice, sounds, video or digital recordings, audio clips and the like, or
that of my minor child, as such is embodied in the Images.
The acting advertising and promotional agency for the #AmeliaIslandMemories contest will be the Amelia Island Convention & Visitors Bureau
(collectively referred to in this release as “AICVB”). The AICVB will determine the featured contenders of the #AmeliaIslandMemories contest
each week. Entries that embrace each monthly theme will be considered. Odds of being deemed a top featured contender
will be based on the number of entries received. Of the featured monthly contenders, odds of winning the monthly prize will be
based on popularity vote by Amelia Island fans. Each monthly winner will be announced the following month via social media platforms.
Each prize will embrace the theme of the month. The prizes will have no redeemable cash value and will be shipped to the winners directly.
All featured contenders will be placed into a random drawing to with the grand prize which will be announced September 2021.
The grand prize is a 3-day, 2-night stay on Amelia Island, not inclusive of airfare, meals, travel expenses, etc. and will have
no redeemable cash value. The lodging location of the stay will be determined and announced in 2021. Must be 18+ to win.
Without limiting the above, by participating in the contest, I understand that the Images may be used in advertising and promotional
materials created on behalf of AITDC and may be displayed and shared online in various social media sites and websites owned or
operated by or on behalf of AITDC. The contents from all entries that are determined winners and/or non-winners of the contest may
be utilized by the AITDC’s advertising and promotional agencies for marketing purposes outside of the #AmeliaIslandMemories contest.
I represent and warrant that: (i) I have the right and authority to enter into this license; (ii) the Images are my original works of authorship;
(iii) I am the parent or legal guardian of the minor(s) whose likenesses appears in the Images; and (iv) the Images do not in any way i
nfringe, misappropriate, or otherwise violate the intellectual property or other proprietary or personal rights of any third party or
otherwise subject AITDC to any royalty, residual, union, guild or other fees or payment obligations, or attribution of any type by AITDC
to any third party.
I hereby release and discharge AITDC from any and all liability, claims or demands of any kind arising out of or relating to use of the Images,
or the names, likeness, images or appearances embodied therein, including without limitation, claims based on rights of privacy or publicity.
I understand that any use of Images is solely at AITDC’s discretion and that AITDC shall be obligated to make use of any rights granted
in any Images. I acknowledge that I am not due any credit, acknowledgement or compensation in connection with this license or use of
the Images and that I do not have any rights of review or approval regarding use of Images.
