Amelia Island is a short thirty-minute drive from JAX, with convenient transportation companies that service the airport. Major airlines include: Allegiant Airways, American Airlines, Delta Airlines, Frontier Airlines, JetBlue Airways, Silver Airways, Spirit Airlines, Southwest Airlines, US Airways, and United Airlines.

Arriving by Car

Take I-95 to Exit 373, turn east on A1A, then travel 15 miles crossing a scenic bridge over the Intracoastal Waterway to
Amelia Island.

Arriving By Ferry

Take Florida A1A south of Jacksonville to the Mayport Ferry, which traverses the St. Johns River. Or, take I-295 north to Heckscher Drive, then north on 105.
